When I got to Halterman’s I was told that my Corolla had a recall and did I have time to have it fixed...I agreed. The service I came in for and the recall was taken care of in less than two hours. Brian explained everything that had been done and what I would need on my next visit. He was very helpful.

Professional staff, ready to help you in anything you need. The only thing I do not see right was that my car only have 10911 miles and in your invoice said that I requested Toyota care 20,000 miles. When in reality I did request the 10,000 miles not 20,000 miles service.
Brian did a great job explaining additional recommended service options. I opted to add some additional maintenance then what I originally we t in for. Looking to keep my car on the road for a long time!

It took 2 hrs to complete a state inspection and once it was completed they claimed 2 of the same light bulbs were out which i paid for but really didnt see them change. Obviously the light bulb change is an assumption since they are hard to remove and it takes time to change. I just saw them quickly taking the car out after informing me about the light bulb. I'm also assuming it had something to do with the free inspection

My husband and I have been coming here for years. You should know every time we come we have great service from Julie! It is nice to have consistency in at the service delivered each and every time.
