Door handle that is taking over two months to fix My drivers side front door handle is broken. I brought it to the dealership because they said they would fix it. Then when I showed up they told me th My drivers side front door handle is broken. I brought it to the dealership because they said they would fix it. Then when I showed up they told me that they had to order the part. They told me the part would come in, in about 5 business days. I waited over a month and didn't get a call. I called them and the part wasn't ready. Then I finally bring my truck down to get fixed and find out that they ordered the wrong part. Had to wait until tomorrow to get the new part. Drive back in the next day to get it fixed and the part is still not ready, then I have to demand to get a daoner vehicle which was given to me all covered in dog hair and smells like dog! I know the service is free but I would have paid to get it fixed somewhere else to have it done quicker and right. I had to drive around for over a month and not be able to use my door handle. That is unacceptable to me. I would never come to the dealership to get service done if I had to pay for it. More

My experience with Mazda Lee Partyka is very welcoming! I am very content with the service. Especially when I get my oil change because they always inform me of other issues that I may have with my car befo I am very content with the service. Concern from last visit Well this was not a normal service. I had my car in for a oil change and tire rotation a few weeks prior. On this Monday3/19/2018 we noticed the loc Well this was not a normal service. I had my car in for a oil change and tire rotation a few weeks prior. On this Monday3/19/2018 we noticed the lock lug nut on my front passagers side wheel was missing and not all lug nuts were tightened. So I brought the car in to have it fixed. There was no charge but it caused me to have concern and I will be sure to not assume that all was complete in the future. I will be sure to question any service. The service people were very nice. I have been doing business with Partyka for years and this is my first experience that I was not happy with. I also had a friend who I referred to Partkya that had a issue with an istallation that was wrong and caused a major issue. I normally would rate them 5 five and probably will in the future but not today. I gave ony two stars because I was upset from the prior visit and danger I was put in. More
