I had stopped into Price Right, in Dewitt, MI and spoke to Doug Collins, Manager. He asked what I was looking for and we went on line to the dealership, he called Scott and I told him what I was looking fo to Doug Collins, Manager. Scott then had me fill out the application, and hour later called and said I was approved, and had the car sent to DeWitt 12hours later I was driving it! Love my new car and the attention to Customer Service is Bar None. Scott even called to follow up to see how I was enjoying my new ride!! They make it happen for you. They ask questions and have answers right away. No need to have several calls back and forth, he will spend all the time you need with him, without being intrerupted. I didn't know what to expect when I walked into Hamilton to meet Scott from a friend's recommendation. As soon as I met Scott, I was made to feel very at ease. I had never leased a car before and hadn't been in a car dealership in 11 years but sitting down with Scott was like sitting down with a family member. I went in looking to lease the Malibu I test drove it, went back the next day to test drive the Equinox, then I mentioned the types of cars I had in the past and Scott told me he'd be right back. He went and got a Cruze, turbo, Eco, 6 speed manual transmission, dropped the keys in my hands and told me to have fun test driving it....I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE CAR! It was a blast to drive. It had everything that I wanted especially 43 mpg on the highway. All in all, I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy, lease or trade in a car. This is my 2nd time returning to Hamilton Chevrolet,the 1st time I was here in 2010 I leased a 2010 Black Chevy Malibu it was a very good car always got me where i needed to go. When I walked in the door that day I met a car salesman named Darren Lee and when leasing this car he was kind,funny and a very down to earth kind of a guy he made me feel at ease with the whole process so and in that process of leasing for 3 yrs I remembered him because of his kindness and humor and it was time to bring my car back. So in March 2013 I returned to Hamilton Chevrolet and signed another lease I am now driving a Chevy Malibu Ls very cool car sleek metallic silver sunroof and remote start of course i won't need that right now. I would recommend this dealership to anyone it was a pleasure meeting all the sales people there and above all it was an honor to do business with Mr. Lee he's a great salesman and I'll see u in 2016.
