Scott went above and beyond to make my experience leasing a car as painless as possible. Scott found my father and I a great deal on a brand new Chevy Cruze! I appreciate the time he took to listen to my concerns. I told him I wanted a car that would remind me in every way of my Grand Am, from the paint color, to the moon roof I had grown accustom to, the the handling and every the arm rest I just HAD to have. His suggestion of the Cruze for me was a PERFECT one. I was able to test drive it for the weekend and immediately fell in love. The only probem...no moonroof! :( But Scott assured me one could be put in within a day. From the time my Grand AM died to the time I drove away from the dealership in my brand new bright red Cruze, I was NEVER without a car. Scott even offered me his own vehicle to drive for a day while my moonroof was being installed. I've spent 13 years working in customer service and EXCELLENT customer service is something I expect from everyone who's receiving my hard earned money. I was SO impressed with Scott. It was honestly the BEST customer service I've received my whole life. This man is excellent at what he does and you will not find better customer service with anyone else. I live a good 2 hours away from Hamilton Chevrolet the Lansing area but was referred to Scott Sodergren so I gave him a shot. I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to customer service and I was blown a Lansing area but was referred to Scott Sodergren so I gave him a shot. Not only did he beat the price dealers here in Lansing were quoting me, but he beat the level of service I was receiving as well.
