In fact, on my latest purchase one the sales associates drove to my office (8 miles way) to install my new license plate that had been mailed to the dealership. I recently was at Hamilton Chevrolet to have my brakes checked. They found I needed my front brake pads replaced. Everyone from the cashier to the service rep were extremely freindly and helpful. The customer service I received from Scott was excellent! Scott was very easy to work with. I was a recent college graduate looking to lease my first car. I went to various dealers around Metro Detroit and received price quotes on the vehicle I was interested in. When I came to Hamilton Chevrolet, I was greeted by Scott Sodergren. He was very nice, and enthusiastic to help me out in the lease process. I informed him of the quotes I had received, and he offered to beat them. When he ran the numbers, he beat the lowest quote I had received by $25 per month. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle to get a feel for it. After the test drive, he walked me through all of the paperwork, and kept in touch with me while they processed the paperwork prior to pick up of the vehicle. He even had the car pinstriped to match my alma mater's colors, what a nice touch. Lastly, Hamilton Chevrolet offers free car washes for their customers. I was a very happy customer. I was treated kindly, and the service was efficient and at the right price point. More
