I made the service appointment because my car was leaking. They called to confirm the appointment the day before. When I arrived, the service rep said that the two Toureg experts are out on leave so leaking. They called to confirm the appointment the day before. When I arrived, the service rep said that the two Toureg experts are out on leave so hopefully they will get to my car that day. That was very confusing because I confirmed the appointment the day prior when they could’ve told me that this may not be the ideal time for my car to get serviced. Or recommended me to another Volkswagen service center that does have a Toureg expert. After a few hours, the rep called to say they couldn’t find the leak, but I needed to replace my tires, I need a new brakes and I needed to change my air filters. To me it appeared that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but we’re throwing everything at the book to get extra money from me. I did not feel comfortable so I paid the service fee and retrieve my car. More
