The service writer Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had an intermittent problem in the steering and he went the extra mile to help trouble shoot to get the proper diagnosis. Disappointing Experience We were made to wait more than 30 minutes, even though we were already there, because another customer walked in and was given attention before us. We felt completely disrespected 30 minutes, even though we were already there, because another customer walked in and was given attention before us. We felt completely disrespected and treated unfairly. The experience left us with serious concerns about how customers of color are treated at this dealership. Customer service should be fair, respectful, and equal for everyone. Because of this experience, we will not be purchasing a Volkswagen from this dealership, and we would not recommend this dealership to our family, friends, or anyone else. Very disappointing. More
