Excellent Service / No Pressure I searched on-line for the car I wanted and found an exact match at Hamilton VW. I called and spoke with Pete Capriotti. I asked if he had the car. I asked if I could drive the car. He said that I could. When I arrived, the car was waiting for me. Buying the car took all of twenty minutes not including the test drive. I have never had such an easy time buying a new car. When I went to pick up the car, I dealt with Jim Ferry. He was extraordinarily patient and never spoke down to me. The paperwork he presented to me reflected the deal offered by Pete Capriotti to the penny. The car was beautifully prepared. I had previously bought fifteen cars of different makes and from different dealers. This was the first car that came with a full tank of fuel. I recommend this dealership and plan to go back for my next purchase. More

Undersold and Overdelivered I needed a new key as mine snapped in half. Spoke to parts to get a new one, a snafu on my end forced them to order the wrong key. My car was in and out of the dealership in one day, and would have been sooner had I not been working so far away that day.
