McJukerson, Let me start out with apologizing for anything less than excellent experience with our dealership.We strive to excede our customer's expections and unfortunately we drop the ball with you.I would appreciate the chance to explore where and who let you down. Although without knowing your real name or who you dealt with I am unable to do so. As far as women handling that phone call, I don't believe that is a fair statement.It could of very well been a man without the knowledge to help you. Mr. Brodtman: Thank you for the response. While I respect and appreciate the fact that you have taken the time to personally respond to my complaint, I do not feel its necessary nor important to divulge personal information. I'm no longer a customer. I do, however, feel its important to clarify one important point. Either I did not convey my message clearly, or it was misinterpreted. I was not implying anything sexist in my initial message, I was simply saying that she had no business handling my request because she was not properly trained. If your establishment had provided the appropriate training or simply had the service writers handle incoming phone calls, then my particular issue would have received the consideration it deserved. In fact, the last service writer I worked with was a woman and she DID know what she was talking about. The woman who handled my phone call, who I assume was some sort of secretary or receptionist was scheduling appointments for the service department. And yes, this was during normal business hours, so service writers should have been available to assist. Unfortunately, I did not ask for her name. I think its also important to highlight the fact that I had two sales inquiries go completely unanswered. As a comparison, after contacting one particular nissan dealership late one night, I received a phone call and a follow-up email the following morning by 10:30am. They received my business. Whoever is in charge of responding to online inquiries at Hamilton VW was not doing their job.
