I was pretty frantic about getting a new key and they were very kind & patient with me. I made an appointment to have my key done Monday but they called me on the Saturday before and said my key was read were very kind & patient with me. I made an appointment to have my key done Monday but they called me on the Saturday before and said my key was ready and they were able to program the key to my car that day! They were great although I wish Volkswagen would consider changing the design of their keys because this is the second time I had a key break with my second Volkswagen. First Jetta and current Tiguan. The keys are extremely expensive and I blame it on the design and then I'm stuck paying almost $500 for just a key More
