Issue with water on floor of vehicle. AC duct was clogged. It was cleared but I guess because I only noticed water on the passenger side no one thought to check the driver side. When I picked the car up I checked the front and back driver side and they were both saturated. Said they took up the carpet but how is the driver still wet. Let the tech know before I left and he said it was because of the clog. Needless to say I asked how I was supposed to get it dry. He suggested I go to a car wash with a string vacuum and try to get some of the water up. Meanwhile the car still smells moldy. More

Dealership is great meaning the personnel. The issue I had with the car was the battery software server from Germany was faulty, took them 2 months to fix the battery synchronization issue.
