2 hours and 15 mins for oil change and tire rotation? Why it took 2 hours and 15 mins for an oil change and tire rotation is beyond me. Why did I wait at the dealership? Why wasn’t I told it would take th Why it took 2 hours and 15 mins for an oil change and tire rotation is beyond me. Why did I wait at the dealership? Why wasn’t I told it would take that long? Why wasn’t I updated throughout the duration? I was on a work conference call for most of the duration so I couldn’t complain. At 1 hour and 45 mins and finally off my call, I was able to ask a Tom for an update. He said 15 mins. 30 mins later you were finally completed. What a waste of my time. Tom is a nice guy so no knock to him necessarily. He’s been very helpful during previous oil changes. Perhaps today was just an off day for the service team. More
