Undersold and Overdelivered I needed a new key as mine snapped in half. Spoke to parts to get a new one, a snafu on my end forced them to order the wrong key. I called with a general question and within a matter of seconds put me at ease. The technician who worked on my car deserves a lot of praise too. He was able to detect and fix my car. My car was in and out of the dealership in one day, and would have been sooner had I not been working so far away that day. When I got home and read what was actually done, I was even more impressed at how thorough the tech was. After my experience I can honestly say that I would come back to this dealership for any type of work. Thank you Hamilton VW! More

Tire check and replancement The service was excellent. The issue with the tire was resolved quickly. However, the attention to detail was not quite up to snuff. When the tech put the tire lug nut back in the holder in the trunk they did not put the cover back as it should have been. It was raised and bumpy, easily corrected by myself, but i though I would to share since some customers may not care for that. More
