The lady at the front desk her name is ginny gave me a hard time she was so rude to me she yelled at me and she disrespected me and my car and told me something is not right about this car and maybe thats hard time she was so rude to me she yelled at me and she disrespected me and my car and told me something is not right about this car and maybe thats why he got rid of it and she had me waiting for almost 4 hrs just for one key to get programmed and they didn’t tell me that my old key won’t work again ….. they made me hate my favorite car I won’t go there anymore …. I think if I was driving a GTI 2025 the treatment would’ve been better than having a GTI with ripped seats and broken key More

I was treated very poorly, especially being a loyal customer. My paperwork was not in the bin, so the rep who came in from a smoke break tone and delivery was rude and as if I was in the wrong.
