Customer service sucks they cannot fix a piece on my door after 3 attempts and 300. Also after you buy their VW they tell you to go so.eace else for service. Rude. Unqualified. Horrible service. Brought my car in because the rear hatch would not open. Was told since my car was rear ended 8 months ago and repaired that they would not honor the extended warranty. The hatch opened fine for 8 months af Was told since my car was rear ended 8 months ago and repaired that they would not honor the extended warranty. The hatch opened fine for 8 months after it was repaired. The repair tech had no idea why the hatch wouldn’t open. As far as I am concerned the extended warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. More
