Sales department was great. Service department wasn't helpful, had us drive an hour for a two minute service that wasn't needed. Did not have information on charging our car after the hour journey. My reason for a 1 rating is not for the people I interacted with, its the response I received. I requested all my rims get inspected for ware, cracks, bends, and give me a recommendation. How do I have a bent rim on the last visit, with a recommendation to send for repair, but all four are good now? There is an obvious disconnect from one technician to another or no one looked. More

I’m happy to say that I’ve always had a good experience with the service department here. I only waited about 10 minutes for my car to be taken in and about 45 minutes for the repair.
