I was there on 3/31 for oil change and asked to see why usb charging cable is loose and they charged diagnosis’s $67.5 for telling me that it need to replace housing 😁 I never asked me to do any diagnosi usb charging cable is loose and they charged diagnosis’s $67.5 for telling me that it need to replace housing 😁 I never asked me to do any diagnosis rather I wanted them to fix and replaced the broken plastic piece. I have had my Jetta TDI in to the Service Department several times now for warranty repairs, mostly covered by the extended warranty for the diesel emissions recall. I have always been satisfied with the work performed. I will continue to come back as needed. The key fob for my Jetta is not working and I was quoted $309.00 to replace and program it. I would actually need two key fobs, as the second one is also not working. That is an absolutely ridiculous amount of money for a key fob. Under no circumstance would I spend that kind of money ona key fob. Opening the door with a key works just fine. More

Another 4 wheeled experience of excellence. Old dirty dark fluid isn't working well, clean and fresh, like summers eve is best.Proper maintenance and ya never get stranded...tire rotation, ya can feel it, tires need to wear evenly...it always amazes me when ya put the front tire on the back, and the back on the front, the car still goes forward, and doesn't get confused. Car always comes out better than it went in...Black and clean. Always prompt, correct, and priced well. More
