I value honesty and integrity and I find those qualities at Hammonasset Ford. Sal Salafia, the Service Director, reviewed the list and suggested, based on my usage of the vehicle, that there was nothing on the list requiring immediate attention and that they would continue to monitor my vehicle at subsequent oil changes/service and would advise me if/when anything required work. That is the kind of Dealership where I want to do business and where I recommend my family and friends do business. More

Sal and the entire service dept are always polite, helpful and friendly. My cars are always fixed right the first time so I don't have to make extra trips.
