Excellent Ford Service I have shopped around for service in the past and I have never experienced this level of customer service. Alberto was my service adviser. A former local garage had responded to a broken sprocket in my vehicle's heater by unnecessarily replacing the fan motor; with the problem unresolved, they then replaced the heater motor with two hefty bil in my vehicle's heater by unnecessarily replacing the fan motor; with the problem unresolved, they then replaced the heater motor with two hefty bills. The following month, the garage e-mailed me that my rear brakes only had 10% remaining, and needed to be done within the month. I brought it to Hammonasset Ford for a second opinion, and learned that the rear brakes were good. They advised me of any condition that may require service in the future, and did not urge or perform any unnecessary service. They are reliable, professional, and honest. More
