Let's start with the good, Anna did a very good job in the limited role she is given and she was the only employee that I can say did a commendable job. I tried to do as much of this over email and the phone before I traveled the one plus hour it takes to get to their dealership and thought we were close prior to going there. What a surprise I got when the general manager promptly reduced my trade-in value by 40% for no apparent reason other than to 1-waste my time, 2-hit a home run on my trade-in or 3-he never had any intention of selling me the 2011 Explorer as I was told they were in great demand and he thought sticker price was a "fair price". Bottom line, this is a bush league dealership as I have bought close to 20 vehicles in my lifetime and have never been jerked around this bad by a dealership. The general manager never explained why he did what he did, no apology...NOTHING. He didn't have the decency to come over and talk to me or explain. Stay away from this dealership, unless you want your time wasted and to be thoroughly disappointed. My experience was so bad, Ive know turned my search away from Ford Motor Company and back to one of the other American car companies...at least they haven't disappointed me like Hampton Ford. More

They are honest, knowledgeable and helpful, and give you a straight answer when you ask them about the choices you are making. When the deal is over there is no regrets, you always feel you got a fair deal. After the sale Rob and Brenden are always there to help you any way they can. I highly recommend either of them for your next vehicle purchase. We use Hampton Ford Hyundai for almost all of our service needs and are very satisfied with their work. Went in to check out a possible crack in the manifold, which was confirmed, and it is covered under the warranty. My wife and myself just needed to stop dumping money into our car that we had. It just kept breaking down and was to expensive to fix and unreliable. I was reluctant at first due to credit issues, I thought maybe a used car at best because of terrible credit. I ended up with Earl as my salesman and, right from the start he made me feel that this was possible. After he took some information from me, I waited a bit and then he said Jason would like to talk to me. I knew that he was going to say that they could not help me due to credit issues, but instead he told me that he would get me in a car one way or another. I was able test drive some cars with Earl and loved the ford fusion. I'm sure that Jason had to try many banks for me, and the whole time Jason and Earl were telling me that this was going to happen. Only a few days later, I was driving away in a BRAND NEW ford fusion. If you need a car and have the best or the worst credit you should definately go to North Hampton Ford Hyundi first. Thanks a lot to Earl and Jason for all the effort and hard work they did for a person like me to get me in this car. They made what I thought was an impossible long shot to a reality. I am sure that the rest of the employees at North Hampton Ford Hyundi are as proffesional as Earl and Jason also. As far as my credit they said that bad things can happen to good people, and they got me in that 2011 fusion when they couldve easily told me they couldnt help me and just moved on to that perfect credit person. I very strongly recommend to stop there first if you are seeking a vehicle, even if your positive that it wont happen due to credit issues, because I was sure it wouldnt happen for me, but Jason and Earl, and North Hampton Ford Hyundi proved me wrong.
