My 2023 jeep Renegade(~32K) was at this dealership for service 10 +times in a period of roughly 5 months. Every time service was done, Jeep came out with different additional issues. Coincidence? I don't service 10 +times in a period of roughly 5 months. Every time service was done, Jeep came out with different additional issues. Coincidence? I don't think so!! Careless techs,?...YES!! If my service adviser Robert, wasn't there with his persistence and focus, I think I would be still doing trips to dealer. BTW, it all started with an oil leak that is not uncommon for this vehicle. ROBERT,,thank you for your patience and obsession in getting this situation under control.. No oil leaks,No broken cv axle boots,,No a/c leaks..No a/c breaking down. All good now. Cheers to Robert again !! More
