Bait and switch tactics in place at this dealership, let me explain I found a car through Facebook with a price of $15,000 however, when I got to the dealer, the price was 17,500. Disappointing. Extremely poor communication skills. Then, after more than double the estimated repair time, several things scheduled to be done never happened! I’m Extremely poor communication skills. Then, after more than double the estimated repair time, several things scheduled to be done never happened! I’m not one to give negative feedback, however, my experience was truly awful! Both times for the same issue. Then my mirror gets damaged while it’s at the dealership but nobody says anything. It was obvious as soon as I approached my vehicle. Good luck having your dealer service manager return your calls over a week. It’s been a month and still nothing.
