I like that they now take reservations for oil changes. It still took over 2 hours but I also had brake fluid changed and tires rotated and interior air filter. So for all that 2+ hours not too bad. Twice now after safety check they have turned off my Auto lights and I don't realize my lights aren't on at night. They should return all settings back to customers settings. Twice I have been alerted that lights were off because you guys changed my settings!!! More

When we first drove up to the service canopy, there was another car parked there with no one in it…we waited at least 5 minutes until I decided to go inside. Rob and his service team at Hanania have been so amazing! Went in to have my 2022 Dodge RAM serviced for a visor replacement under warranty and they saw that there was a problem with my Dash and informed us Went in to have my 2022 Dodge RAM serviced for a visor replacement under warranty and they saw that there was a problem with my Dash and informed us immediately, ordered the part and called us every step of the way. And it was under warranty which was even better. They were amazing! They did not have to let me know that my dash was having an issue and offer to replace it under warranty….they just identified, ordered and replaced.
