We looked at several SUV options for my wife and decided the 2023 Subaru Ascent Onyx. We shopped several dealers and with ALOT of effort and determination by Sean Kelley the General Sales Mgr who called me the 2023 Subaru Ascent Onyx. We shopped several dealers and with ALOT of effort and determination by Sean Kelley the General Sales Mgr who called me late the evening before we were closing with their competitor, he spent over an hour with me to get us a better deal which made this the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Hanania Subaru over the last couple of years. We live 3 hours away and were then paired with our Sales Rep Shawn Riegel who handled the delivery and took care of us from that point on to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently until we left the dealership to take our new SUV daughter Sadie yes, we name our vehicles home. I only TRUST Sean to handle our deals and he has always made sure we got the best deal possible as this in the top 3 deals I have done in 35 plus years of buying/trading/selling over 75 vehicles. He called us a little after we left the dealership heading home to make sure we were satisfied with the deal/vehicle which we both told him how SUPER EXCITED we were to be driving Sadie home. I can say this only cements our relationship as we both expressed, we feel like family even more now given again this is the 3rd deal we have closed with Sean. My wife is VERY VERY VERY HAPPY with Sadie. We thank Sean and Shawn for their very professional and caring way they took care of us.
