Mr. Peeler, I raised the Pricing to 4 stars. I felt the Document fee of $799 was excessive for a cash transaction. I also still don't see $128.50 for Tag Agency fee. Sincerely, Lois Neff

Sir, My name is Tim Peeler and I am the General Manager of Subaru of Orange Park. I want to apologize to you for giving you the feeling that the emp[loyees do not have integrity. i assure you, they do. On the other hand, the way we present ourselves sounds like it was not appropriate causing you to mistrust the staff. The invoice that Mr Rosas showed you was an actual invoice printed by the factory. I would be happy to show you how it is produced at anytime you would like to see the process. the fact that Subaru of Jacksonville chose to sell the vehicle at the price they did has no bearing on the validity of the invoice, only that they gave you a much better deal. I agree with you in the respect that we should have been on our game better and presented lower selling numbers to you. Unfortunately, the majority of people like to negotiate and if a dealer doesn't leave a little "wiggle" room to drop the price, customers get offended and leave. It is hard to know when exactly to be at the bottom and when to leave the wiggle room. There are many times that we are the lowest price on a similar vehicle and Subaru of Jacksonville has been the lowest price on other occaisions.I will make a promise to you that I train our employees to be respectful and courteous no matter who our customer may be and I would like to know if Mr Rosas was not. I do apologize that we missed your business. We try to make every deal possible and along with Subaru of Jacksonville, are at the top of the sales volume standings for Subaru sales in our District. If you would like to call me and discuss this, I would welcome your telephone call. If you choose not to call, I understand. I wish you well with your new Subaru.I believe you made a good decisision on the vehicle you purchased. I do regret that we missed you business and invite you to try our service department. Even though your first 2 years of service are free, If you choose to use our service department, I would like to detail your vehicle at no charge the first time you use our service department in 2015. Hi Tim, thank you for responding. Not sure what you aren't following, I know I had put a lot in my review, the reason being wasn't it wasn't one thing that I was dissatisfied with it was all the incidents that I dealt with that added up to my general not satisfied review. After receiving what I felt was not the best customer service more than a few times, I would receive SEVERAL emails asking to do a survey on customer service, I wasn't even going to do a review, but I felt since customer service seemed to be so important with the surveys, emails, and phone calls, that I would review how I felt I was treated at the dealership. I sent an email in response to one of the surveys, (I had trouble getting the survey to load) so I just responded. I can look through my mails and forward you the email, which I received NO response from. Not trying to attack you or your dealership but wanted to be honest with my review and what I dealt with and have dealt with having chose Subaru of OP. Thank you. Michelle Frushone

Again very unsatisfied with my experience at the service center at the dealership today. I feel an hour and 50 minutes for an oil change is ridiculous. I was told my car was washed and vacuumed and it very clearly didn't have a vacuum anywhere near it, which makes me question the other services performed. I will not be returning. Michelle Frushone
