My salesman, Sean Kelly, was very knowledgeable with the different Subaru vehicles and volleyed all my questions no problem. I had my youngest son and grandson with me and the entire staff was friendly and tolerable of a sometimes crying baby. There was no pressure to buy buy buy, instead I was allowed to repeatedly test drive and ask questions until I felt good about my purchase and that I got everything I wanted in my vehicle. Subaru of Orange Park is where I will be sending all my friends and I personally will be buying my future cars here. Love my Subaru Outback. More
Exceptional New Custoner service for exceptional Cars I am glad that Sean Kelley from Orange Park was the first to reply to my inquiry on 2018 Subaru Forrester and Outback! He is also a True Car Certified I am glad that Sean Kelley from Orange Park was the first to reply to my inquiry on 2018 Subaru Forrester and Outback! He is also a True Car Certified Sales Person so he is very knowledgeable on Subaru cars and on discounts with their partners (in my case with CSX). Sean patiently answered all my inquiries and patiently gave me the Out the Door price on both Outback and Forester and on both Premium and Limited trims. You can just imagine how undecided I was and how patiently Sean took care of me and communicated with me via email, SMS and phone call. I explained what I need and what I want (optional) and searched their inventory. He did NOT call everyday to pressure me, just enough to ensure my concerns and questions are addressed. He worked with his Manager David Balerna to give me a very good deal! Sean helped me get my car with the discount and the trade-in value that they gave me. Sean worked with Mr. Segundo Pernito who helped me test drive both Prenium Outback and Premium Forrester. Segundo showed all the features of both cars. He was very knowledgeable also and very helpful in my decision process too. Segundo helped me set-up the settings of my Forester before leaving the lot. When Sean is busy Segundo was there to help me! I want to highlight that Subaru Orange Park did NOT pressure me to buy their car on the day I drove them. They were NOT pushy. Sean, Segundo and David respected the time I need to consider other dealers, makes and models. I spent the week comparing notes and they patiently answer my questions until I came back after a week to drive the Forester again (with my children). Sean let us test drive the Forester Limited on our own (no pressure) because I am still torn between the Forester and the CRV. Sean showed the explained the features of the Limited and the differences between Premium and Limited. Finally we decided to get the Forester Premium only due to budget constraints. Sean help processed the credit approval. I can feel his care for his customers! He also showed us the Service Center and explained the process. Mr. Bob D'Amelio processed the financing and extended warranty. I came with Vystar VIP check but I used Subaru's 0% financing (credit score 750 and up) instead to save on interest rate. Bob also gave me a good discount for the extended 8 years warranty. I want to give 5 Star rating also to Nick Marshall at the Auto Car Show for the knowledge and extra discount! He was the reason we drove to Subaru of Orange Park instead of a nearer Subaru. Lastly, Subaru Orange Park earned loyal customer in me because of the outstanding Team of knowledgeable and caring Sales and Finance staffs and because they honored our employer discount.
