He understands the importance of time and was able to expedite the paperwork portion of the process in advance to reduce required time during taking possession of the vehicle. I Tried to purchase a 2016 GMC 3500 Denali. I had test drove this truck over 7 months prior. At that time the truck was being sold with a snow plow. Now the plow is not offered with the truck and they hav drove this truck over 7 months prior. At that time the truck was being sold with a snow plow. Now the plow is not offered with the truck and they have lowered the price minimal. The salesmen tried to say that the truck was a different truck then what I test drove prior.
