Was a good experience until the lie I have purchased a vehicle from this dealer in the past and it was a great experience. So when my dad wanted to sell his Elantra I went here to get an offer. I was first offered a price that was lower than my dad wanted so I did not accept and the manager said it would expire by the end of the month. I then called about a week after the expiration date of the offer to ask if it would still stand or what the new offer would be. The manager that had helped me originally said he would not be there and would leave it for the manager tomorrow. When I called he said there was a note left saying the original offer was less than it was, lie, and that offer expired and the new offer would be over $2000 less. I understand the price would go down but what a bunch of crap that the two managers are trying to take advantage of the fact that they think I can't sell the car and I am desperate. I was only trying to sell it there to make it easier. I never expected to be taken advantage of like that. The unfortunate part for them is I will never buy anything from them again and do my best to keep all buyers away. I spend a lot of money on cars and I do not like to be lied to or disrespected. I do not give second chances and they have lost a lifelong customer. More

He showed me the cars I wanted to see and test drive. I picked my beautiful Hyundai Sonata 2011 limited. Al was friendly, courteous, and called me " sis ". I loved that. I felt very comfortable with him and recommended all my family and friends to go and see him if they were interested in purchasing a vehicle. The price was good, as well as getting an extended warranty. Alot of bells and whistles on my gorgeous car. I can honestly say, I love my car and the service from the Hyundai staff. He had enough paper work for days, and bless him, he got the job done, It was a late night, so an appointment is to be set up to go back to the dealership and have a tutorial on our new vehicle, by Al's suggestion. SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE My husband and I had seen a vehicle online that was located at this dealership. The price seemed reasonable and the vehicle had everything we were lo My husband and I had seen a vehicle online that was located at this dealership. The price seemed reasonable and the vehicle had everything we were looking for, including the great Hyundai warranty, so we went to take a look at it. We sighed getting out of the car, as my husband asked "Ok. How many second until they're on us like vultures?" How wrong we were!!! Jose Sanchez came out to greet us. We'd been on the road a while, so stepped inside to use the restroom before looking at our vehicles. Once we were ready, Jose was patiently waiting to assist us. He was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai line, from price ranges to features to fuel economy. He never "over-talked" us, which has been our experience at many, many dealerships in the past. He answered our questions but we never felt we were being "sold." During the test drive, instead of chatting too much, he allowed us to drive and really pay attention to the car's performance and handling - another good choice! We were sold on Jose before we'd even chosen a vehicle. Once we made our decision, Jose, along with Al Vasquez, helped us through the paperwork. Finalizing the sales documents with Gilbert Gomez from the finance department was a breeze. He made everything very clear and gave us thorough explanations, again without "over-talking" or "hard selling." Once we'd completed the documentation, Al helped us learn our way around the vehicle's extensive instrument panel. He demonstrated the XM system, the navigation system, the Bluetooth phone system and everything else we might need to know to make our way safely home in our new car. (A brand new 2013 Hyundai Tucson that happened to still be on the lot. Buying a slightly older NEW car was a significant savings, but we still have all the wonderful Hyundai warranty starting from our date of purchase forward.) I should also note that all of the other staff that we encountered were equally friendly, but in a very genuine way. I didn't meet one "car salesman type" while I was there. But, when you're selling a good product, why push? "If you build it, they will come." We've owned a lot of cars and been inside a lot of dealerships. I would recommend these fine folks to ANYONE. I'd go back tomorrow if I needed a second car. More

Not only was he great during the sale but he also followed up with my multiple times after my purchase to see how I liked my car and to see how I was doing. He helped me set everything up with my new vehicle and he was always friendly and professional at all times. I felt comfortable talking to him and I felt like I had known him for years. If you live in the central valley, make the trip to Hanford Hyundai and see Al Vasquez. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else and I will continue to go to Hanford Hyundai as long as I own or am purchasing a Hyundai. More

My wife and I were in need of a new car for her and stopped buy the dealer just looking at first. He showed us the Sonatas we were interested in and explained features and differences between the models on the lot. He helped us narrow our search by being very knowledgeable and honest about the vehicles he showed us. We were so impressed with Al's no pressure approach and overall attitude that we decided to purchase a Sonata GLS that night. Even though it was late, about 7 or 8 p.m. we were never rushed and Al and Gilbert worked with us to complete a contract and get financing for my wife's new car. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle and suggest they see Al and Gilbert, two very professional and pleasant individuals to work with. More
Al went above and beyond his duty as a salesman. He was extremely friendly and actually called to follow up about a car I was interested in but couldn't afford. When I explained I couldn't afford it he actually helped me find a wonderful car that I could afford. He brought the car to me to test drive it because I didn't have a way to get to the dealership. He picked me up when it was time to sign the papers and took care of everything. I will recommend him and this dealership to everyone I know. Thank you Al! More
