Oh another thing Last Saturday, September 24th I called for service the operator told me the service department is open after 2 calls no one answered I drove there I find the service department is closed and one of the staff told me they not working today they just work Monday to Friday, So that telling me one thing even the operator doesn't know whos working or not or the staff in the dealer didn't want to work for some reason but for sure there is something wrong.

Dear Yousif, Thank you for taking the time to air your complaints and we definitely appreciate your feedback. I understand the frustration of not being able to have your needs met. At Hanford Hyundai we pride ourselves on being there for our customers and being transparent with our work. That being said, our service department is closed on weekends and open weekdays from 7:30am-5:30pm, as stated on our dealership website under the Service tab. Our sales department however is here Monday-Saturday 9:00am-7:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm. Our sales staff usually takes call-back messages for our service department on the weekends, that way they can reach out to you that following Monday. Just checked in with my service team and I will ensure they reach out to you personally, as will I after their contact with you. I implore you to reach out to me via direct email/phone if you would like to continue this conversation and offer advice on how we can better handle this situation going forward.
