My wife and I were extremely impressed with the way we were treated at Hanford Hyundai. Never once did we feel pressured that we had to purchase a car from here. Salesman Al Vasquez was awesome, very frie were treated at Hanford Hyundai. Never once did we feel pressured that we had to purchase a car from here. Salesman Al Vasquez was awesome, very friendly, knowledgable and was extremely patient with us. His attitude was not to pressure us, but guide us and answer our questions. Finance Manager Gilbert Gomez was wonderful, he took his time to explain the contracts and the additional options and warranty to us. Al and Gilbert answered all our questions and made us feel like family. What a wonderful feeling to be part of this family. My experience with Hanford Hyundai was stellar and a pure delight. All of us have, at one point in time, dealt with your stereotypical used car salesman. You know what I'm talking about; the kind of salesm delight. All of us have, at one point in time, dealt with your stereotypical used car salesman. You know what I'm talking about; the kind of salesman that the minute you step out of your car, he greets you with a, "can I help you", which is quickly followed by a, "what can I do to get you in a car today". You get the sense that you are a gazelle and you've just wandered into a pack of starving ravenous hyenas. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PLACES! Al Vasquez was awesome! He was like the uncle I never had. I felt like he had my back. He didn't even pressure me into a Hyundai, when I was looking at the 09' Toyota Camry on his lot. I feel like I could call him for car advice, even if it didn't result in him making a sale. In summary, a dealership is defined by it's salesman. Lets face it, bad salesman, make bad dealerships, while GREAT SALESMAN, MAKE GREAT DEALERSHIPS. Al is the kind of guy I'd love to crack open a couple of cold ones, with my family and friends in the backyard. Can you say that about your car salesman.....enough said.
