I was told I needed a new cabin air filter. Not realizing I had rewards points that would have covered the cost, it would have been nice to have had someone at the dealer let me know I had poin Not realizing I had rewards points that would have covered the cost, it would have been nice to have had someone at the dealer let me know I had points to use. Also, while waiting for my vehicle to be completed, another customer was told his vehicle needed new filters, but his salesperson told him he could buy them cheaper and put them in himself to save cost. It would have nice to have also been told this as I could have saved myself $40 -$45. Otherwise, my experience was fine. More
