Very good customer service. They fixed my oil pan that was an estimated 20 hour job that no other mechanic in town wanted to touch. Other mechanics waisted my time while Graff was on the job and had me back on the road before others even got back to me. Thanks for the efficient experience all the way around! My car is running great and they followed up to make sure. I will only take my Traverse to Graff from now on. More

There Service department is ridiculous. Promises to order parts and never does! Truck still waiting to be fixed. We are on the 4th supposedly rush order of the parts needed to fix it! They didn’t even record the services needed correctly in their computer so when they look back they have no idea what you are talking about until you find someone who remembers us coming in! Also, good luck getting the service department to answer their phone or return your call! So sad, because our purchase experience was wonderful, but the service department has absolutely ruined it!
