I went in on a Saturday morning shortly after open. I did not have an appt, but i had a check engine light on. Last check engine light that came on left me stranded with having to get my vehicle towed. I did not have an appt, but i had a check engine light on. Last check engine light that came on left me stranded with having to get my vehicle towed. That being said, i went to the dealership to have it scanned to see if it was something major or if i could continue driving. Mind you, the last experience with a check engine light left me stranded and my service advisor was awful. Well this time Cody understood my previous experience was not good and apologized, which that experience was NOT with him. He did everything he could to help this time. He got my car scanned and explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I was there for just shy of two hours and was back on the road. So far so good! More
