The vehicle I was interested in did not have photos on the website so I reached out and the dealer was very prompt. I was sent the photos that helped with my decision. Fast and reliable but this last visit was a little sketch. I signed the agreement without a total cost but I knew that at the time. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation and I had them replace sketch. I signed the agreement without a total cost but I knew that at the time. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation and I had them replace the battery in my key fob. When I went to check out the math didn't look right so I was thinking I got charged for 2 batteries. The technician then started playing with numbers on the computer that made the total various things. Another technician came over and stated they always charge more for my style vehicle. I found my own supervisor after getting no answers that made sense to me from either technician. He claims I was accidently charged 8 dollars for incidentals and it should have only been 1.08 for windshield washer fluid. Long story short the problem was corrected but I have never had these problems going to a small business. I know the price up front and it includes the incidentals such as fluid. I probably will use the small business and only head to the dealership if I have to. More
