I was turning in a lease truck and it was appraised on Friday and needed the front windshield replaced no one said anything to me including the salesman. I assumed it was all fine. I dropped my current truck off on Monday and picked up my new truck no one again said anything concerning the damaged windshield. I received a call on Wednesday, two days later from my salesman asking me to claim it on my insurance or pay for the windshield replacement. I THINK YOU GUYS CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!!!! More

The salesman was fantastic; the service department is an absolute nightmare. Took 3 days and 4 tow trucks to get my brand-new truck towed in for a simple battery replacement, costing me hundreds of dollars absolute nightmare. Took 3 days and 4 tow trucks to get my brand-new truck towed in for a simple battery replacement, costing me hundreds of dollars for rides to and from work. The quality of the service center you buy your car from is very important, and this dealership really let me down. More
