I came in for scheduled oil change & tire rotation. They did not rotate my tires. Said lug was swollen tight. They did not try very hard, so I went home and got it off in 2 minutes. Went in for oil change. Tire rotation. They missed the hole in the engine and poured oil on the intake and down the side of the exhaust. Got home, could smell oil burning, 1 Tire rotation. They missed the hole in the engine and poured oil on the intake and down the side of the exhaust. Got home, could smell oil burning, 1/4 in of oil on the intake and oil dripping on floor of garage. Went back to dealership and complained. The service manager intervened and promptly got the truck cleaned up. More

Bought a used truck that broke down the day I drove it off the lot. Management was kind enough to say they would see what they could do to fix it. Purchased car 9/21 went into shop 9/23 and it is still th off the lot. Management was kind enough to say they would see what they could do to fix it. Purchased car 9/21 went into shop 9/23 and it is still there on 10/19 and it is impossible to get updates on just when it will be back or even still what is all wrong with the transmission. Advice is to take any used car to a certified mechanic before purchase. More

Quick in and out, easy to understand direction from the oil change staff. Courteous, although I did not appreciate being referred to as 'darling, dear, sweetheart.' I am sure it was meant with kindness, bu oil change staff. Courteous, although I did not appreciate being referred to as 'darling, dear, sweetheart.' I am sure it was meant with kindness, but when the person who initially welcomed me (a 20-something year old gentleman) referred to me (a 60ish-year old woman) in that way it was pretty cringe inducing. Again, I'm sure it was meant kindly but I would encourage him not to do so in the future. More
