Salesman was pleasant however the overall customer service was lacking. Purchased a 2020 used vehicle. The vehicle needed to be detailed inside and out prior to purchasing. Once that was completed I c service was lacking. Purchased a 2020 used vehicle. The vehicle needed to be detailed inside and out prior to purchasing. Once that was completed I came to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle had less than a half tank of gas, which is not a huge deal but when spending over $30,000 on a vehicle I would expect not to have to put gas in it when I pick up my new vehicle. In the past they always came with a full tank (which is nice for a new customer). Secondly the detail that was done was subpar. There was still loose dirt and dirt marks on the side walls in the back seat and hatch area and the headliner was dirty. Speaking with my salesman they had someone clean up the headliner when I stopped in but ultimately I needed to reclean my newly purchased vehicle. I have used other Graff locations in the past and never had a issue before. Hoping it was just an off experience. More

Had work performed and when I got my vehicle back it had more than one loose bolts from the work they had done, also they didn't inform me of all issues in which it was in for.
