Made an appointment to get new tires. Dropped car off at 10am, was told it would be about 2 hours or so. Didn’t hear anything until after 4pm when I called to check the status. Was on hold for several minutes while they tried to locate someone to update me if my car was ready. Scrolled through my info menu and the tire pressure was different for every tire. Not even close to being even. Ranged from 40psi to 32psi. Also my oil life was reset to 100%. When I dropped it off it was at 63%. I’ve had wonderful experiences at Hank Graff Davison in the past. This particular service I was not completely satisfied with. More
