I dropped off Tahoe at for my 8:30 appt that was suppose to take 2 hours, at 1 pm I contacted the service dept because I had not heard anything. Trent called back and said there a computer problem and he to take 2 hours, at 1 pm I contacted the service dept because I had not heard anything. Trent called back and said there a computer problem and he would update when he got back from lunch. Just before 4 pm they called to say it was done. The communication could of have been better. More
