The staff was prompt and friendly. The process was smooth. It took about 30 minutes for my oil change & tire rotation. I had ordered some floor liners that were ready to be picked up The process was smooth. It took about 30 minutes for my oil change & tire rotation. I had ordered some floor liners that were ready to be picked up, so I picked those up while I was at the dealership. The guy who told me my car was ready helped me carry the boxes to my car and helped load them in. He was very friendly & outgoing. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. More

The Dealership charged an excessive amount of money to “diagnose” the particular problem with my vehicle…. Even though their diagnosis ending up matching perfectly to what I told them needed replacing in “diagnose” the particular problem with my vehicle…. Even though their diagnosis ending up matching perfectly to what I told them needed replacing in the first place. After the experience It seemed as if they do this to allow them to make a hefty profit of their customers without having to perform any actual repairs once the customer realizes that the dealership’s services are un-affordable. The quote for my particular repair ($1,200) was more than double of what the two competitors within a mile quoted the repair at. $(441) and ($600) If they up charge this much on repairs, I can only imagine how much they must up charge on their brand new vehicles More
