The employees are wonderful! I called about a minor issue with my car that admittedly sounded ridiculous. The person who assisted me over the phone let me know that it’s actually I called about a minor issue with my car that admittedly sounded ridiculous. The person who assisted me over the phone let me know that it’s actually more common than one would think, and she really put me at ease. They were able to correct the issue free of charge when I came in for an oil change. When another employee was washing my windshield, he noticed a tiny chip. He talked to me about repairing it before it gets worse, and said that it was all covered through my insurance company and wouldn’t cost me anything. They really take good care of me there! More
