The car buying process at Hank Graff was very simple and straightforward. I was shopping on a Saturday with my husband and two kids in tow. I scheduled a test drive the morning of online and they had a vehi straightforward. I was shopping on a Saturday with my husband and two kids in tow. I scheduled a test drive the morning of online and they had a vehicle all ready for me. Michael Cooper was my salesman and he explained things to me and I didn't feel pressured at all. They let us take the vehicle out for lunch and home while they did the paperwork. I came back an hour and a half later to sign the paperwork. More
