The customer oil change appt'mt. arrival notification has changed, where previously there were signs directing where to park to then call the service dept. with notification of arriv arrival notification has changed, where previously there were signs directing where to park to then call the service dept. with notification of arrival. Of note, the online appointment confirmation email did not provide any "where to park/what to do" information. When I arrived for my July 23' oil change and tire rotation appointment the signs had been removed so I parked in front of the oil change door. After waiting for a period of time and no one had come out to my car I went inside to ask about my appointment. I was then told to move to a regular service lane which now was backed up with other vehicles. After waiting a period of time and now at the service bay door I was asked to back up to let the driver ahead of me to back out of service bay after which I drove in where the attendant confirmed my appointment and I went to the customer waiting area. After the service was done and paid for and I got into my car and noticed the "next" oil change reminder sticker was the same one I had. I went back inside where I was told the sticker device wasn't working so the attendant gave me a hand written sticker to put on. Another change from all previous oil change and tire rotation service at the dealership was my invoice no longer included the long standing system component and tire wear check sheet status. More
