NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I came to pick up my vehicle and my vehicle had more services lights on then when I brought my vehicle to hank graff. I voiced my concerns and told the staff that the lights was not on vehicle had more services lights on then when I brought my vehicle to hank graff. I voiced my concerns and told the staff that the lights was not on when I brought my vehicle in. They lied to my face and said yes the lights were on. If you go to this dealership make sure you take a picture of your dashboard and get in writing what is wrong before having this dealership service your vehicle. More

The guys changed my oil, but neglected to do my windshield. When I purchased my truck I had a special application put on, they were supposed to reapply it every time I have the oil changed and didn windshield. I’ve used Graff for years for my oil changes on my vehicles, and always have been satisfied. Today I brought my Ford F-150 in… I know, not GMC/Chevy.. but they ran to get my oil filter and did my oil vehicles, and always have been satisfied.
