The salesman was fantastic; the service department is an absolute nightmare. Took 3 days and 4 tow trucks to get my brand-new truck towed in for a simple battery replacement, costing me hundreds of dollars absolute nightmare. Took 3 days and 4 tow trucks to get my brand-new truck towed in for a simple battery replacement, costing me hundreds of dollars for rides to and from work.
