The dealership was more interested in trying to buy my car then stick to my appt for the moonroof. My appt was for Wed at 8:30am. They did not even look at the issue until the NEXT DAY!! I explained we c car then stick to my appt for the moonroof. My appt was for Wed at 8:30am. They did not even look at the issue until the NEXT DAY!! I explained we could not be without a car but didn’t seem to matter. They quoted an astronomical price for the repair then tried charging us a diagnostic fee on top of $180 fee just to look at my van! I won’t be buying another Chevy or returning to Hank Graff! More
