Crankcase oil underfilled. Evidently didn't check oil level after oil change. Didn't reset oil life system after oil change. Wrong mileage entered on service order (entered mileage from previous service appointment. Oil change, tire rotation, coolant flush and refill were performed in a very timely manner, so that's good. Just realized another goodie. They didn't reset the TPMS after rotating the tires. This is beyond ridiculous. More
