It’s a long story so I’ll try and make it short as I started out going to the Vallejo dealership only to be very disappointed as they never fixed the problem I was having with my car so after much frust started out going to the Vallejo dealership only to be very disappointed as they never fixed the problem I was having with my car so after much frustration I was advised to call corporate so I did and got a case number and they advised me to get a second opinion so I went to the Fairfield Nissan and they took such good care of me and my car. Ryan the service manager was amazing in how he treated me. They figured out the problem right away gave me a loner and made me feel like they really cared and most of all fixed my car after taking it to Vallejo several times without fixing the problem pus telling me they’d call me back and then never did, I would have to call them. Ryan is such an asset to your company! Followed through on each step. Also everyone at the Fairfield dealership was quite nice. I will be taking my car there from now on even though I live in Vallejo. More
