Poor communication, don’t keep their word. . On 27 th i was told to me on 28th at 730, and was told i will be the first customer, had to wait for hrs once i got there.?. They only rotate my ti . They only rotate my tires, and said there might be nails on back of passenger tire. They said to go to Les Shawb because there is nail in my tires. They dud nit fix it. There was no nails per Les Shawb staff. I spent 2 hrs at Toyota and 2 hrs at Les Shawab. I feel like I was in a while goose chase.. I came from Seattle and was used to be treated so well by Toyota staff. I hope this an isolated incident. Communication is very important with staff, not give wrong information.? More
