I arrived at my appointed time, and I was greeted at the door by Ryan the Service manager who turned me over to the Service Adviser. They were both very polite and professional. My car was taken promptly door by Ryan the Service manager who turned me over to the Service Adviser. They were both very polite and professional. My car was taken promptly back to the mechanic area. I was offered something to drink and I sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The women’s restroom was nice and clean. My wait time was much shorter than I had anticipated. The advisor explained what the mechanic had done including adding an extra bolt on the area that had an issue as an added precautionary measure since this was a follow up visit to a previous issue. I was very pleased with the visit and the care that was taken with my car repair. All of the employees are very friendly. More
