Upon arrival with an appointment, on time, I was ignored by the young woman at the desk, as I stood there she took a man ahead of me, when I asked if appointments were being honored she responded by saying, by the young woman at the desk, as I stood there she took a man ahead of me, when I asked if appointments were being honored she responded by saying, 'Someone will help you shortly'. After approximately twenty minutes, Brandon Cablco introduced himself and proceeded with intake of my Automobile, he also suggested that my husband bring his Highlander in for servicing assuring me that he would get it in and serviced by end of day, he also offered to have a driver take me home. Once my husband arrived with his automobile, Brandon immediately proceeded him and arranged for a Lyft to drive us home. Brandon was thoughtful, informative, courteous and professional, he is indeed an asset to Hanless Toyota, appreciate him. Once at the Cashier, we were once again ignored as the young woman talked on the phone without acknowledgment of our presence, she never greeted us, I gave her our name, she pulled the paperwork, we paid, with no thank you for our patronage, as she looked away and picked up the phone again. Brandon Cablco, a wonderful human being that could teach many of his co-workers the finer art of Customer Support and Appreciation, I thank you for him. More
